The Tempest is one of Shakespeare’s last works and is categorized as a romantic comedy or a tragicomedy. This work explores themes of forgiveness, redemption, and a powerful tempest. Ingrande has included an optional advanced fingering. It’s a good idea to have your students learn the fourth finger rule-use the fourth finger while staying on the same string. A great Grade 1 composition for learning and performances.
